The probes are wired into a control box / panel.
Levels probes can be used single or dual and low level or high level water levels and send signals back to control equipment to start or stop equipment such as pump or valves.
We have control panels that incorporate level control or level probe terminals.
The level probe is a stainless steel rod 16mm diameter and about 150mm long with 2 wires.
2 probes are needed, one to start the pump and one to stop the pump.
They are available in different lengths (20m, 30m, 40m, etc). The probe must be wired to a relay in a panel.
The relay is required as it is the component that sends and receives the signal from the probes and determines what must happen, eg stop pump when water level is low and start pump when water level is high. It needs to be wired into a control panel to work.
Scroll down the control panel page to match the correct kw size to the kw size of your motor.
We have two relays available for Level Probes.
1 – Option BLC is only for use in the CP3 Three 3 Phase Control Panel.
2 – LP2R is a universal relay that can be used in the ‘LCP – Level Control Panel’, the ‘CP3 Control Panel’ or any other Control Panel.
