I was so impressed by the fast delivery and great customer service from Marion at Strongman Pumps. I ordered the pump for my water fountain on Saturday morning. As I wanted it before Christmas I decided to ring the mobile number to discuss this. Marion was not at work but took my name and assured me she would order it first thing Monday morning. On Monday early afternoon I was wondering if I should ring and check if the order had been placed when an email came through to advise that my order had been shipped and would be delivered by overnight express. I just got into work at 1.30 pm today, Tuesday and my pump has been delivered. I am so pleased. And to think the order went to Darwin, was shipped from Queensland and I got it in Victoria so soon, fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with Strongman Pumps again. Thank you.
