I know the urgency of not having any water, which is why I always do my best to process your order immediately.
Once the item goes to the shipper, it is then out of my control. If your order is received first thing in the morning, it will processed straight away and there is a good chance that your item will be shipped out that day. If the order is received later in the day, the order will still be processed immediately, however, it will leave the following day.
I will supply you with a tracking number and not an ETA, this will be emailed to you as soon as I receive it from the shipper.
I send you an email confirming your address and contact details. It saves time if you can supply me with a delivery address for both Australia Post AND an address for a COURIER DELIVERY. Once I have your delivery address, I will work out which method will be the most efficient for your area.
The main shipping methods are Road Express Courier Delivery. On the odd occasion it may be Australia Post.
The courier companies that I use the most are:
TNT Express, Border Express, Toll Ipec Express and StarTrack Express.
However in some areas it may be necessary to use Busfreight or Couriers Please.
Some of the larger freight companies use smaller couriers to deliver to the more remote areas.
If you don’t want me to use a particular courier, please let me know at the same time as you place your order, as your order will be processed immediately.
On some occasions, if you live a fair way out of town it may be more convenient for you to pick the pump up from the Post office or the local freight depot.
Please let me know if this may be the case for you.
Tracking your item
Once your item has been sent, I will contact you with the shipping method and tracking ID.
If an item is damaged in shipping, please retain all packing materials and contact us so that we can take it up with the shipping company.
Pumps will be shipped immediately once payment has cleared.
