We DO sell these solar transfer pumps with a solar panel pole mount kit.
The pumps cannot operate by both solar and battery together.
We do NOT sell the batteries.  If you want to power the pump by batteries, please ensure the voltage for the batteries is adequate or the pump will not work.  The same goes for the solar panel requirements if you are supplying your own panels.
