316SS Franklin Electric 3 Wire 1hp/0.75kw Submersible Motor is a single 1 phase motor which operate with the Franklin Electric starter / control box. This design features the highest starting torque within the single 1 phase motor range.

316 Stainless Steel: Special construction option for acid, low pH, and seawater applications.

This motor requires a Franklin Electric Starter/Control Boxes include all necessary long-life starting and motor protection relays and capacitors.

The 0.75kw control box / starter box is available for these motors. Motor warranty is void if Franklin Electric 1 phase  control box / starters are not used.

The Franklin 3-wire single phase motors come with built in lightning arrestors and overload,

3-wire (4 core) submersible electrical drop cable is used with this motor.

The motor protection device that can be used with single phase 3-wire motors is the Pumptec-IR or the Pumptec Plus.
