The 316 Stainless steel shell provides better corrosion resistance for saltwater applications.

The 3 Phase contactor / starter box is available for these motors. You will need a 4kw contactor for this model. The Franklin CP3 contactor/starter come with thermal overload protection.

The motor protection device that can be used with 3 three phase motors is the SubMonitor.
Franklin’s SubMonitor overload protection option extends motor warranty to three years.
The SubMonitor protection system guards the motor against overload, underload, excessive winding temperature and rapid cycling.
